Sizzling Hot Summer
Filmed in the summer of '08 at Niagara College's kitchen complex, this series is a relentless rollercoaster ride that gives viewers a behind-the-scenes look at the true intensity of a professional kitchen environment. 10 cameras rolled nearly 500 hours of footage that was edited down to nine one-hour episodes by the team at The Shooting Eye. The series is a production of Forevergreen Communications Inc. in association with The Shooting Eye and Graham Sanborn Media Ltd.
